CRITERIA A

Introduction: Car rentals expo is a small company based to the others in the U.A.E. They have many cars for rentals as they need to keep up with the demand of tourists for the city Dubai. They have many branches set up in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. they are hoping to get potential users but they cant start without a database as they need to store information in their reports. I have been phoned by thier accountant as they need to a person to create a database and I know that i can keep up to their expectations.

Interview:
Me: Good morning Mr.Copper, how are you?
Mr.Copper: Hello, I am fine thanks.
Me: I recieved a call from your company for making a database.
Mr.Copper: Yes, this is indeed the case.My car rentals needs a database.

Me: Why do you require the database?
Mr.Copper: My company requires the database as the employees have been using paper to record all the information and they need to get their work done faster as there are always delays on making the reports for me to see.
Me: May I inquire what types of data need to be recorded?
Mr.Copper: Well, the information about cars from our fleet would be needed as well as rental details and service information. All this would need to be packaged in a neat and easy to use interface.
Me: What are the exact design elements your are looking for.
Mr.Copper: I would like a menu that lets the employees quickly find what they are looking for and I would also like the database to be very visually appealing. Pictures of the cars and their brand should be displayed the database should overall look calming and organized. Finally the company colors of blue and yellow should be used.
Me:These factors look quite easy to make . Anything else that you are looking for?
Mr.Copper: No, I believe that is all I require but I want the work to be top professional quality!
Me:The work will be done at the finest i can make it so i will give my best and i guarantee that it will be a nice work to see and use.
Mr.Copper: That's the spirit! I now bid you farewell.
Me: Good Bye!
